David Thornburg Obituary
David Donald Thornburg the son of Don and Joyce (Reuland) Thornburg was born September 29, 1960 in Estherville, Iowa. He died at his home in Worthington, Minnesota at the age of 57 years.
He received his education in Estherville schools and Terril High School in Terril, Iowa. He then attended college at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
After college, David moved to Worthington where he was employed at JBS Meat Packing Plant for over 25 years. In his leisure time, David enjoyed gardening, NASCAR, blue martin bird houses, car rides at Ft. Defiance and Sunday lunches with his parents.
Left to cherish David’s memory are his parents, Don and Joyce Thornburg of Estherville; brother, Dennis Thornburg of Emmetsburg, Iowa and nephews, Justin and Jordan Thornburg.
He has been preceded in death by his grandparents.
