Richard Harold Spilman, 69, of Atchison, KS, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Monday, January 18, 2021 at the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home with Rev. Stephen Lucas officiating. Burial will follow at Camp Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
