Mary L. Rinconez, 66, died January 24, 2020 in Garden City, Kansas. She was born October 12, 1953 in Loraine, Texas the daughter of Francisco Rincones and Amelia Gonzalez. Mary was raised and attended schools in Loraine, Texas before moving to Garden City in 1965. She married Ramon Avalos in 2011 in Liberal Kansas. He survives. Her hobbies included playing Bingo, going to the Casino, dancing, cooking and spending time with her family. A faithful member of the Second Missionary Baptist Church, she enjoyed hosting parties for the children of the congregation. She was a very kind soul and involved in charity work. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings-Rose Ramos, Flora Gomez, Carlos Rincones and Oscar Rincones. Survivors include her Daughter-Tammie Macias; 5 Grandchildren-Marilena Ojeda, Elizabeth DelaCruz, Carlos Macias Jr., Melissa Macias & Juan Carlos Macias; 7 Great Grandchildren; Siblings-Lollie Niave, Amelia Jefferys, Armando Rincones, Sammy Rincones, Daniel Rincones, Frank Rincones, Ernesto Rincones, & Ray Rincones & numerous nieces and nephews. A private family memorial service will take place at a later date. The family suggests memorials to the Mary L.
