Mark Darrell Warrell, 66, Stilwell, Kansas passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Bruce Funeral Home, 712 S. Webster, Spring Hill, Kansas 66083 (913-592-2244). Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 13, 2020 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Overland Park, Kansas. Memorial contributions may be made to Blue River Bible Church, Belton, Missouri. Condolences may be left at www.brucefuneralhome.com Mark was born July 13, 1953 to Parke Darrell and Reva Jean (Jones) Warrell in Kansas City, Kansas. He was a lifelong area resident and graduated in 1971 from Shawnee Mission West High School and attended Baker University. Mark married Linda Kay Morris on December 29, 1975 in Gardner, Kansas. They recently celebrated 44 years of marriage. Mark was the in the auto salvage business and was owner and operator of A-OK Auto Parts and Mo-Kan Imports, Kansas City, Kansas. He was a member of the Blue River Bible Church in Belton, Missouri. Mark was an avid hunter who enjoyed fishing and trap shooting. He was recognized as the Trap and Field Shooting Rookie of the Year in 1974 and was a member of the All-American Shooting Team in 1983. Mark and Linda won the 1982 State Husband and Wife Trap Shooting Championship in Wichita, Kansas. Mark also had a passion for gardening and row crop farming. Mark was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Linda of the home; children: Jeff Snow, Blue Springs, Missouri, Luke Warrell, Olathe, Kansas, Ryan (Jamie) Warrell, Overland Park, Kansas and Derek Warrell, Olathe, Kansas; sister Cindy Hamilton, Bucyrus, Kansas and grandchildren: Jeremy, Payton, Brayden, Catherine, Tyler, Jett, Minka and Beckham.
