Shirley Ann Fraley Vandyke, widow of Ronald Vandyke and the daughter of the late Tolbert Lee and Ola Mae Phillips Fraley was born in Lee County, Kentucky on December 11, 1945 and departed this life at her home in Rogers, Kentucky on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the age of 73 years, 4 months, and 16 days. Shirley is survived by three brothers, Roy Fraley of Beattyville, Kentucky, Mervin Fraley of Huber Heights, Ohio, and Tolbert Fraley of Beattyville; five children, Joyce Handlon of Campton, Kentucky, Gladys Woosley of Rogers, Kentucky, Rhonda Irey of Christmas, Florida, Terry Tipton of Campton, and Irvin Phillips also of Campton; twelve grandchildren, Justin Handlon, Travis Handlon, Donald King, Timothy Walters, Amanda Walters, Shelley Hatton, Elicia Parks, Brack Bryant, Jr., Amanda, Nicole, Terry Jr., and Kimberly; several great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband and parents.
