Ralph Ford

Ralph Edsil Ford age 96, husband of the late Wilma Wilson Ford to whom he was married for 74 years, passed away on November 16, 2019 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, KY. Ralph was a carpenter and factory worker, he is retired from Continental Metals in Richmond and member of the Crestview Holy Sanctuary. Ralph was born in Laurel County to the late Charles and Mona Morris Ford, he was also preceded in death by his brothers Warren, Paul and Willard Ford. Ralph is survived by his sons; Ron (Phyllis) Ford and Doug (Geraldine) Ford both of Berea, his 4 grandchildren: Kevin Ford, David Blanton and Shelia Pingleton, Dalton Taylor Ford, 3 great-grandchildren: Brandon and Brian Ford, and Chrystal Collins, and 6 great-great-grandchildren: Dawson and Kincaid Collins, Braxton and Isabella Ford, Dalton and Dillon Taylor. Funeral services will be Tuesday Nov. 19, 2019 at 12 noon at Crestview Holy Sanctuary with Bro. Richie Howard and Bro. Tommy Elliott officiating. Pallbearers will be Jim Tyree, Jim Lamb, Shane Blanton, Bill Saylor, Frank Napier, and David Forsythe. Honorary pallbearers will be Bradley Lipps, Ben Sexton, and Don Elam. Entombment at Madison County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday evening from 6-9 pm at Crestview Holy Sanctuary. Online condolences at www.lakesfuneralhome.com.
