James Linville Brearton (51) of Falmouth, KY passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Harrison County Memorial Hospital. James was born in Covington, KY on July 23, 1965, son of the late James Brearton and Alice Carol Hammond Brearton Moore. James was member of the P.C.W.A.P (Pendleton County Wildcats Athletics Parents) and actively volunteered in the youth recreation as a football and baseball coach. James also worked in the maintenance department for Castellini. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Kelley Brearton and father in law Kenny McDowell. Survivors include his wife Mary Brearton, children Bambi (Mick) Yost, Kelley (Cory) Mullins, James Brearton, Cord Brearton, Chris (Heather) Brearton, brothers Jeff (Lisa) Brearton and Randy (Tracy) Brearton, grandchildren Gage, Parker and Kiersten Yost, Lincoln Gallagher, Ricky, Raven, Derrick, Carolynn and Gabriel Brearton and Mother-in-law Mary McDowell. Visitation will be held from 3-8 pm on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral Services will follow at 2 pm Sunday, April 30, 2017 also at the funeral home. James final resting place will be in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery- Falmouth, KY. Memorials are suggested to the Pendleton County Wildcats Athletic Parents (P.C.W.A.P).
