Terry Lee Shadd, age 63, of Cynthiana, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at the University of Kentucky Bluegrass Hospice Care Center. He was born in Cynthiana on June 10, 1956 to the late Willie Lee Shadd and Rosemary Simpson Shadd. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, David Shadd and a nephew, Shaun Shadd. Terry is survived by his wife, Oma Shadd; a stepson, Jonathan Mattingly; a brother, Jackie Shadd and two sisters, Dallas Shadd and Kelly (Tim) Mattox.
