Willie Woolum Obituary

Willie Ray Woolum, 64, husband of Deborah (Smith) Woolum, passed away on Thursday, December 6th, 2018, following a brief illness. He was born November 30th, 1954 in Pineville, Kentucky, son of the late Albert and Eula (Warren) Woolum. Willie had been a coal miner for over twenty years and then worked as a mechanic with United Rentals for over twenty years. Willie was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather and he loved to spend time with his family any chance he could. In addition to his wife of forty-four years, Willie is survived by his four daughters, Kim (Peanut) Brown, Krystal (Michael) Maguire, Kendra (Micheal Feeback) Woolum and Katrina (Todd) Bruno; seven grandchildren, Jordie Brown, Mynor Maguire, Parker Maguire, Jaxon Jones, Andrew Bruno, Chris Bruno and Tia Bruno; one sister, Guawana Sue (Bob) Pile; one brother, James (Bonnie) Woolum. In addition to his parents, Willie was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Woolum. Visitation will be Saturday, December 8th from 1 to 3pm at Johnson’s Funeral Home in Georgetown.
