Charles Winston McGuire, 84, of Grayson passed away, Friday, March 22, 2019 in the care of hospice. He was born December 12, 1934 in Grayson, KY; a son of the late Ben and Ollie Cooper McGuire.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne McGuire and Lowell McGuire.
Charles was a self-employed farmer and owner of McGuire Mowing. He was a member of the Lower Grassy Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Sabra Back McGuire; three daughters, Cindy (Ken) McIlwain of Grayson, Vicky (Johnston) Erwin of Indianapolis, IN, and Susan McGuire of Huntington, WV; a brother, Ben (Nan) McGuire of Grayson; a sister, Joy Seagraves of Grayson; six grandchildren, Charles Dustin Sexton, Ashley McIlwain Garabato, Sabra Binder, Jack Binder, George Erwin, and Nicole Bishop; five great-grandchildren, Lyndon Bishop Wade, Jackson Garabato, Anavey Garabato, Zyan Garabato, and Koda Garabato.
Funeral services will be Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Sparks Funeral Home, Bill Burnett, minister. Burial will follow in Cooper Ridge Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until service time.
