TINNELL, LOUIS EDWARD JR., 68, formerly of Louisville, passed away December 18, 2007 in Duluth, GA. Mr. Tinnell was a native of Louisville and was a supervisor with Insurance Services Company. A graduate of the 1957 class at Valley High School, he was an Army veteran serving with the 100th Division. He was a member of the Duluth First United Methodist Church and was a Mason. He is survived by his wife , Binnie Newcombe Tinnell, of Duluth; sons, Teddy Tinnell III, of Duluth, Matt Tinnell (Amy), of Jefferson, GA; grandchildren, Alex and Lora; his father, Louis E. Tinnell Sr., of Duluth; sister, Barbara Lishen, of Deland, FL; and brother-in-law, Barry Newcombe of Lexington, KY. Graveside service: 1 .p.m. Friday at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road on Friday from 10 a.m. - noon. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Duluth First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 699, Duluth, GA 30069
