Mary Downs "Nellie" Riggs | Visit Guest Book RIGGS, MARY "NELLIE" DOWNS, 87, died on Tuesday, January 31, 2012. She was president of Southern States Aluminum. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles and granddaughter, Cindy Kinser. Survivors include her son, William and grandson, Sean. Her service will be on Thursday, 10 a.m. at the W. G.
