Ruby Hardman | Visit Guest Book HARDMAN, RUBY, 96, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Ruby was part of the first graduating class of Shawnee High School 1932. Her greatest joy was having kids that loved each other and spent time together. Husband, Charles J. Hardman Sr.; son, Charles J. Hardman Jr.; five brothers; and four sisters preceded her in death. She is survived by four daughters, Mary Ann Baker (George), Geri M. Wagner, Lorie M. Nohalty ( Tom) and Sheri D. Yager (Ray); three sons, Robert J. (Beverly), Jim M. (Pat) and George T. (Karen); daughter-in-law, Evelyn; 26 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A service celebrating the life of Ruby will be 11 a.m. Monday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home , 4400 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Crusade for Children , 520 W. Chestnut St., Louisville, KY 40202.
