Lorene Calhoun Smith, 91, of Paducah, KY, passed away at 2:40 am on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Daystar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cairo, IL. She attended First Baptist Church Paducah.

She is survived by one daughter, Sonja Smith Sellers and husband Rick of Atlanta, GA; one son, Ronnie Smith of Paducah, KY; one sister, Irene Noel of Hopkinsville; three grandchildren, Christine Sellers Krauth of Peachtree City, GA, Matt Sellers and wife Amy of Atlanta, GA, Rebecca Sellers of Brooklyn, NY ; one great-granddaughter Grace Krauth; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Smith; her parents, Henry Calhoun and Donie Ricks Calhoun; two sisters; and four brothers.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, November 30, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Howard Atkinson officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the service time of 1:00 pm Monday, November 30, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral home of Paducah.
