Bobby Dean Owens, age 61, died Tuesday September 24, 2019. He was born April 23, 1958 to the late Corbit and Nettie Meade Owens. He is also preceded in death by one son, Ennie Allen; two sisters, Josephine Owens Stacy and Judy Hatfield. Bobby was a member of the Pigeon Enterprise Baptist Church and a welder/ fabricator for STI. He is survived by one son, Jason Owens of Paintsville, KY; four brothers, Troy Owens of Springfield, OH, Scott Owens of Akron, IN, Jessie Owens of Oil Springs, KY, and Michael Owens of Springfield, OH. Visitation will be held Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the Pigeon Enterprise Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Pigeon Enterprise Baptist Church with Bruce Aaron Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Cantrell Cemetery at Oil Springs, KY.
