Donald Ray Owens, age 68, of Keaton died Tuesday December 1, 2020 in Paintsville, KY. He was born July 14, 1952 in Williamson, WV to the late Ernest and Vada Ratliff Owens. Donald was a tire operator for Bizzack Construction. On December 18, 1971 in Keaton, KY he married Woodena Cantrell Owens who survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters, Danielle Owens and Wathalene Eldridge both of Keaton; 3 brothers, Ellory Owens of Florida, Kenneth Paul Owens of Hardy, KY, and Terry Owens of Florida; 2 sisters, Patty Collins and Alma Sue Pullman, both of Prestonsburg; and 1 granddaughter. A private service was held at the Keaton Cemetery at Keaton, KY.
