Dr. Howard Lindon Higgins, age 71, of Lexington formerly of Paintsville died Sunday June 7, 2020 . He was born February 2, 1949 in Salyersville to the late Lindon and Edith Howard Higgins. Dr. Higgins was a self employed dentist and a member of the Salyersville Baptist Church. He is survived by one daughter: Ann Higgins of Charlotte, NC. Visitation will be held Thursday June 11, 2020 from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M. at the Preston Funeral Home. At the request of the family, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
