Shilo Daniels, age 95, of Lawrenceburg formerly of Johnson County died Sunday September 22, 2019 in Harrodsburg. He was born September 9, 1924 in Boons Camp to the late Joshua and Matilda Preston Daniel. On September 26, 1947 in Paintsville he married Evelyn Preston Daniels who survives. Additional survivors include: one son: Terry Daniels; four daughters: Sharon Rutherford, Vicki Moser, Karen Moseley, Debra Powell; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Shilo was a superintendent for Amherst Coal Company and he served his country proudly in the United States Army during World War II.Visitation will be on Friday September 27, 2019 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. and on Saturday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11 A.M. Saturday September 28, 2019 in the Preston Funeral Home Chapel with James Kelly Caudill officiating. Interment will immediately follow at the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville.
