Frances Perkins, age 75, of Somerset, KY passed away, Monday, March 2, 2020 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, KY. She was born in Harlan, KY to the late Charles and Juanita Burke on June 22, 1944. She had been a homemaker. She had a great love for the Lord and was a member of the Church of God Cleveland Assembly. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her late husband, Charles Perkins. Survivors include her sons Charles Jeffery (Latrina) Perkins of Eubank, KY and Robert (Linda) Perkins of Middlesboro, KY; brothers Jerry (Vickie) Burke and Charles (Diana) Burke; grandsons Joshua Perkins, Timothy Perkins and Jonathan Muncy. Funeral services will be Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 1PM at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Perkins and Rev. Jonathan Muncy; burial will follow in Saylor cemetery, Pathfork, KY. The family will receive friends after 11am on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home until the funeral hour at 1pm. The Brooks-Durham Funeral Home is honored to serve the Perkins family.
