Gary Russell Hollingsworth age 55 passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Baptist Health, Lexington, KY. He was born March 13, 1965 to the late Charles and Shirley Hollingsworth in Pineville, KY. Russell loved his family and his children, and he loved to work on old cars. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Debbie Hoskins and Sharon Fuson, nephews Steven Wayne Hollingsworth and Scotty Hollingsworth In addition to his parents he is survived by his children Kelly Hollingsworth, Beth Ann Hollingsworth and Shane Hollingsworth; two grandchildren; brothers Ricky Hollingsworth, Clifford Hollingsworth, Kenneth Ray Hollingsworth an Jeffery Hollingsworth; sisters Tammy Baker, Kim Hollingsworth and Michelle Hollingsworth; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends after 12 on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Brooks-Durham Funeral Home until the funeral hour at 2PM. Funeral services will be Saturday June 6, 2020 at 2PM; burial will follow at the Pine lawn Memorial Garden Cemetery, East Pineville with Shawn Hollingsworth, Todd Ralston, Charlie Hollingsworth, Terry Baker, Aaron Hollingsworth, Brandon Hollingsworth, William Fuson and Jermie Hollingsworth, Tyler Hollingsworth, Adam Hollingsworth, Dylan Hollingsworth and Shane Hollingsworth as pallbearers; honorary pallbearers will be his brothers, Kenneth Hollingsworth, Clifford Hollingsworth, Jeffery Hollingsworth and Ricky Hollingsworth. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Brooks-Durham Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
