Leonard Jones age, 91 of Arjay, KY passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at his home. He was born June 28, 1928 to the late Silas and Elsie Baker Jones; he had been a coal miner. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Edith Jones; son David Jones; daughter Annie Jones; special grandson Justin Brummett: brother Jay Jones, Lee Jones and sister Linda Jones. Survivors include his children Leonard Jones Jr., of Ferndale KY, Brenda Jones of Middlesboro, KY, Yvonne Jones of Newtown, Carl (Rosemary) Jones of Arjay, KY, Charlotte (Ray) Brummett of Arjay, KY, Jennifer Jones of Arjay, KY and Gary (Elsie) Jones of Arjay, KY; brothers Reed Jones, Raymond (Wilma) Jones both of hwy 63 and Lowell Jones of Straight Creek; sisters Edna Jones-Warren (Virgil) of Straight Creek, Fronda Jones-Smith ( Alvin) of Arjay, KY and Dorsal Jones-Wight (Randall) of Hwy 63; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren other relatives and many friends.
