Paula Ann Stephens age 39 years, 3 months, and 17 days of the Beulah Heights community passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013 at her home. Graveside funeral services were held Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 1:30 pm at the Roberts Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Hap Strunk officiating. She was born November 20, 1973 in Somerset, Kentucky to Charles "Chuck" Stephens and Diane (McKee) Stephens. Paula was a member of the Whitley City Church of Christ. She loved animals and enjoyed horseback riding as well as quilting. Paula enjoyed caring for her daughter most of all. Preceding her in death is her father. Survivors include her mother, Diane Stephens and her daughter, Madison Cheyanne Stephens, of Beulah Heights, Kentucky. Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home served the family of Mrs. Paula Stephens.Obituary
