Graveside services for Mr. Edward Dewayne Haynes of Baton Rouge, LA will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Mulhearn Memorial Park in Monroe, LA under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home. Edward was born October 26,1948 in Wilmot, Arkansas to James and Ouida Haynes and passed from this life on September 19, 2019 at The Carpenter House in Baton Rouge, LA at the age of 70. He attended Bastrop high School in Bastrop, LA, he was an engineer company in Baton Rouge, LA. He enjoyed football, playing pool and most of all being with his family. Edward is preceded in death by his father, James Haynes; mother, Ouida Haynes; brother, James Roy Haynes; sister, Anna Bell Farmer. Those left to cherish his memories include his son, Edward Terry of Fair Hope, Alabama; sisters, Marsha Blackman, and Brenda Haddad of Monroe, LA; sister in-law, Nancy Haynes; brother in law, Wayne Farmer, Sr.; nieces, Stephanie Jones, Dana Greer, and Heather McDonald; nephews, Jason Haynes, Wayne Farmer, Jr., and Chad Haddad; Also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
