Janette Belanger
Castine- Janette Belanger, 95, died Sunday April 12, 2020 at a Bangor hospital, born March 9, 1925 in Penobscot the daughter of Arthur and Gladys (York) Heath. Janette worked as a green’s keeper for the Castine Golf Course for many years. She was involved with the Meals for ME program and enjoyed her volunteer work with the monthly community suppers at the Penobscot United Methodist Church. Janette also very much enjoyed working the yearly community Thanksgiving dinner. She is survived by one son Herbert Moody and Wife Barbara, grandchildren: Amy Moody Gray, Laurie Moody, William Moody, Jenifer Moody and Brian Moody, eight great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, a niece and nephews. In addition to her parents Janette was predeceased by her husband Irving Belanger, one daughter Juanita Reynolds, one brother Warren Heath Sr. and one Sister Geneva Heath.
