Stockton Springs- Laurie Lee (McDonald) Osthoff of Stockton Springs died on June 17, 2020. Laurie was the daughter of Adrienne (McDonald) and Waldo McDonald. Laurie worked in private duty as a home health care provider and was a devoted care giver. She touched many lives through home care in the local Bucksport community for 25 years. Laurie was attentive to her mom and spent quality time with her on a regular basis. Laurie raised her son as a single mom, providing his care without regard for herself. She was immensely proud to call him son. Laurie is survived by her son, Donald Osthoff of Colorado, her mother Adrienne of Bucksport, one brother Mark and his wife Wendy one niece Lynn Marie, Aunt Alberta McDonald and two cousins, Ginger McDonald, and Bethany McDonald. She was predeceased by her dad Waldo, her twin sister Lynn Marie, and Uncle Kenny McDonald. Laurie will be sadly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday June 26, 2020 at Bucksport United Methodist Church.
