Bucksport- Phyllis J. Rankin, 87 died peacefully on May 19, 2019. She was born in Dover-Foxcroft on April 17, 1932, daughter of Lelia and Edsmond Kitchin. She graduated from Foxcroft Academy in Dover-Foxcroft. She was predeceased by her husband of 24 years Carl and a long-time partner Charles Coe. He had two sons Charles and his partner Turner Rice, Edward and his wife Margaret and three daughters; Donna and her husband Toby Wardwell, Brenda and her husband John Veilleux and Patricia and her partner Ed O’Brien. She had four grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews and long-time friend Joyce Donnell. Graveside services at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Bangor will be held this summer.
