Jeffrey Lisle Stamper
<p>Jeffrey Lisle “Tuck” Stamper passed from this earth on April 12, 2021.</p><p><br></p><p>Jeffrey was born October 25, 1959 in Franklin, KY and was predeceased by his mom, Wanda Lee Lisle Stamper and step-dad Allen Burgess Stamper.</p><p><br></p><p>Jeff’s passion was all things military. He was a proud US Army Veteran, 2nd Calvary Unit.</p><p><br></p><p>Jeffrey resided in Wells, ME with his fiancé, Carole L. MacCollum. He loved his little Maine family – Carole and their two dogs and cats which gave him great joy. He will be missed by all who knew him.</p><p><br></p><p>Special thanks to “Tacoma Dave” Gettman of CA, his best Cav friend of all time who provided great assistance in this honoring of Jeffrey.</p><p><br></p><p>Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 4-6PM at Bibber Memorial Chapel.
