Pamela E. (Green) Blanchard Pamela E. (Green) Blanchard, 70, of Machias Maine passed away peacefully on December 22, 2020 in Eastport. Pamela was born on 4/7/1950 in Machias Maine to James Allen Green and Rita Green both of Whiting. Pamela grew up in Whiting Maine and graduated from Washington Academy in East Machias in 1970. After High School she began to work in a variety of odd jobs after which she settled into the restaurant business as a cook, baker and dishwasher for over 30 years and retired in 2012. She enjoyed going on long rides, baking, and most of all her flower gardens. She had the gift of being able to change an empty piece of land into a haven of blooms and an abundance of color. It was almost like she become one with the land and the nature that surrounded her. Her gardens were many and will be forever remembered for their color, fragrance and ultimate beauty. Pamela was preceded in death by her father James Allan Green, brother Victor Green, sister Sharon Green all of Whiting and her son Allan James Blanchard of East Machias. Pamela is survived by her daughter Kimberly (Gardner) Wall and husband Robert Wall of Richmond Maine. Sisters Maryellen of New Hampshire and Lorie of Kansas, Grand Children Carlene of Columbia Falls, Lilly of Cutler and Schade of Machias as well as many friends. Tentative date for her service will be July 10, 2021 at Machias Savings Bank Community Room with a burial to follow at the Whiting cemetery.
