Josephine Virginia Stouffer, 96, of Arlington, VA, passed on September 12, 2015 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. She was born September 14, 1918 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to the late John K. and Elsie Mae (nee Rockwell) Smith and worked as a secretary for Hagerstown Police Department, as well as the police department in Arlington, VA. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Wayne H. Stouffer, whom she married on April 17, 1949. She is survived by her daughters; Beverly A. Greenwalt of Loudon County, VA, Susan B. Woodfield of Fairfax, VA and their families. A visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Harman Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac Street, Hagerstown, MD. A Graveside Service will be conducted by Rev. Haberkorn at Cedar Lawn Memorial Gardens, 17636 W.
