Ruth Rebecca Mills, 89, of Hagerstown, MD passed away Monday, November 16, 2015 a Greenfield Senior Living, Hagerstown. Born March 4, 1926 in Hagerstown, she is the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Edna I. Baker, attended local schools and worked for Reisner Manufacturing Co. as an assembler in the production of organs. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Leroy Mills, Sr., her sisters, Lillian L. Stouffer and Marguerite Elizabeth Riggs, and a niece, Janet Reed. She is survived by her son, Richard L. Mills, Jr. of Falling Waters, WV, grandchildren Brian Keith Mills and April Dawn Mills, as well as two nieces, Carol Garling and Linda Williams.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Harman Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac Street, Hagerstown. Viewing one hour prior from 11:00 AM to time of service. Interment to immediately follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
