Kim Collins, 66, of Owings Mills, MD passed away on July 13, 2020 at his home. He was born on April 15, 1954 to Arthur Stan Collin and Kathleen Jane (nee Applegate) Collins. He was married to Joyce R. Collins. Mr. Collins worked as a warehouse clothing associate. He is survived by his wife Joyce. R. Collins; brother Brad J. Collins and his wife Barbara; grandchildren Josephine Rose, Olivia Violet and Ember Willow; mother in law Della Clagg; also survived by numerous cousins and many friends. Predeceased by daughter Virginia K. Kilgalen Family will receive friends at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Monday, July 20, 2020 from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral service on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, 12pm at the funeral home. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to assist with the funeral cost.
