Charles Ellsworth Row III, age 73, Of Sykesville, died Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD. He was born September 21, 1943 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late Charles E. Row, II and Margaret Richardson Row. After graduating from Baltimore City College, he served in the US Army in the Army Security Agency where he protected the US serving in Turkey. He worked for NSA for 2 years and then took a job in construction sales for 20 years. He opened his own business, Construction Material Specialties. After that he sold real estate for Coldwell Banker until he retired. He loved playing golf and enjoyed being with his family. Surviving are his wife Nancy E. Row (nee Akers); son Michael Row and daughter in law Christine Row, Daughter Jennifer Ziraldo and son in law Fabian Ziraldo; granddaughters Amberly Ziraldo and Bridget Boone, and grandson Daniel Row and many Step grandchildren and great- grandson Eli Ziraldo. Preceded in death by a brother Albert Row. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA., 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School) on Wednesday 1-3 & 6-8 PM; and at the Church on Thursday from 10:00-11:00 AM at which time Service will begin at 11:00 AM at Crosslife Bible Church, 2127 W. Old Liberty Road, Westminster, MD 21157. Interment Crestlawn Memorial Gardens, Marriottsville, MD.
