Raymond Remmers

Raymond G. Remmers of Winfield, formerly of Pikesville, went home to be with his Lord, unexpectedly, on September 21, 2017. He was born January 18, 1953 to Henry A. Remmers Jr and Edith M. Remmers (nee Derreth). Ray's joyous spirit will be greatly missed by his loving family and his many friends. Ray leaves behind his wife of 42 years, the former Janet Smith, his three children, Holly Reed (Michael), Laura Remmers Cornwell and Brian Remmers (Kelly), and his five adored grandchildren, Savanna, Kendall, Charlotte, Mason and Wyatt. He is also survived by a sister, Linda Remmers Hall and his twin brother, Henry A. (Bert) Remmers. Friends may call at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home, 1212 West Old Liberty Rd, Winfield, on Monday from 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9. A celebration of Ray's life will be held on Wednesday at 10 am at Northwest Baptist Church, 300 Westminster Rd, Reisterstown. Interment in Lakeview Memorial Park.
