Obituary for Bryan J Silva

IPSWICH - Bryan J. Silva, 59, loving companion of Louise Thomas, passed away on Thursday, October 1st at Beverly Hospital. Born in Beverly, he is the son of the late Almira (Petrosino) and her late husband, former Middleton Police Chief, Edward J. Richardson.
Bryan grew up in Middleton and was a graduate of Masconomet Regional High School, class of 1975. He lived in Texas for about nine years, until he moved back home to take care of his Mom. When Bryan returned to Mass, he began working at the Essex County Correctional Facility, and retired from there in 2000. Bryan enjoyed riding motorcycles, having owned an Indian and a BMW bike. He was a kind and loving person. Bryan was always there for anyone, whether it be family of friend. He will be remembered for his strong faith, having a big heart, generous spirit and kind disposition.
In addition to his companion Louise, with whom he shared 31 years with, he is survived by brother: Wayne Silva of Texas and sister Holly (Richardson) Veazey and her husband Charlie of Middleton; nephews and niece: Domenic Silva of Texas and Nicholas and Isabel Veazey of Middleton; special niece: Renee Pariseau; Aunts: Mary Cuoco and her husband John of Beverly and Olga Stanganelli of Amesbury; along with many loving cousins, extended family members, wonderful friends and his beloved birds. He is predeceased by his biological father Joseph Silva.
A Graveside Service will be held at Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Brimble Ave, Beverly on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 10:30 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
