Beverly - David W. Hesson 69, beloved husband of Joan E. (Pinciaro) Hesson, died Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at the Lahey Medical Center in Burlington.
Born and raised in Beverly, he was the son of the late James and Henrietta (Aunchman) Hesson. He graduated from Beverly High School, class of 1964 and continued his education at the Coyne Electrical School in Boston and Northeastern University.
An honorably discharged veteran, he served his country during the Vietnam Era as a member of the United States Army.
Mr. Hesson had been employed for over ten years as an electrical engineer for Syska & Hennessey in Cambridge.
In addition to his wife, with whom he shared forty eight years of marriage, he is survived by his brother, James Hesson of Utah, a sister-in-law, Dorothy Ann Sebastian and her husband, Robert of Chicopee, nieces and nephews including Carol Cisek and her husband, Jason of Chicopee, great nieces, nephews and a great-great niece and nephew. He was also the brother of the late Ronald Hesson.
Visiting hours will be held at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, Friday, May 13, 2016 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. followed by a service at 6:30 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
