Obituary for Deborah A. Cempellin

Ms. Deborah A. Cempellin 56, of Middleton, formerly of Beverly, died Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of Joseph and Adele (Deschene) Cempellin of Middleton. She was raised in Salem and graduated from Salem High School.
Debbie had enjoyed a lengthy career as a technician for an electronics company associated with NASA and the space program until the time of her retirement.
In her youth, Debbie was a member of the Peabody Musketeers Drum and Bugle Corp and was a drum and bugle enthusiast later in life. She enjoyed the outdoors and going to flea markets and also had a love for animals. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Lawrence M. Cempellin of Middleton, a grandson, Mark Cempellin, a sister, Donna Patterson of Salem, two brothers, John Cempellin of Salem and Peter Cempellin and his wife, Deborah of Deerfield, NH and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 253 Cabot Street, Beverly, Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the Campbell – Lee, Moody, Russell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly (North Beverly location) Monday from 4 to 7 p.m.
