Obituary for Lynn M. Trippett

Lynn Mary ( LaFrance) Trippett, 66, completed the final chapter of a fulfilling life Monday morning in the arms of her loving husband, Ronald, and her four children.

The beautiful bride of Ron was born in Bristol, England during World War II to the late Winifred (Radford) and Matthew LaFrance. Coming over to the United States on the Queen Elizabeth, her family resided in Lynn. After graduating from Lynn Classical in 1962, she married her high school sweetheart on Mother’s Day, May 10, 1964, and just celebrated their 47th anniversary.

Wherever Lynn worked, whether it was at a supermarket, a publishing company, or recently in a designer window decorating company, Lynn did her job with enthusiasm and brought joy and laughter to everyone she came into contact with. She will be greatly missed by everyone whose life she touched.

Along with her husband, Ron, Lynn leaves behind her four children, Kimberly Trippett of Lynn; Deborah Bateman of Amesbury; Jason Trippett and his wife Tina of Danvers; and Jennifer Trippett of Topsfield; two grandsons, four granddaughters; and three great grandchildren. Lynn also will be missed by her sisters in law of Barbara Murphy, Doreen Bird, Paula Fishner, also a brother in law Wayne Trippett.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, 12 Park Street, Topsfield on Friday, June 24 at 10:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be at Campbell – Lee, Moody, Russell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly (North Beverly location) Thursday from 4 to 7 P.M.
