Obituary for Marjorie M Cohn

Danvers - Marjorie (Matson) Cohn 85, formerly of Beverly, beloved wife of the late Arlen L. Cohn, died Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
Born in Portland, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Myer and Ruth (Simon) Matson. She graduated from Framingham High School and continued her education at the University of New Hampshire where she met her husband with whom she shared fifty seven years of marriage.
A resident of Beverly for many years prior to moving to Danvers nineteen years ago, she was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughter, Terrie L. Banhazl and her husband, Peter of Wayland, a son, Gary Cohn of St. Petersburg, FL and Gary’s former wife, Melissa Bernstein, four grandchildren, Jessie and Brett Banhazl and Russell and Jillian Cohn.
A celebration of Marjorie’s life will be held at her late residence, 1406 Ferncroft Tower, Danvers, Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 1 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
