Obituary for Marlene M. Rollins

MANCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE - Marlene M. (Pinkham) Rollins, 74, beloved husband of Harold B. Rollins, passed away on Saturday, September 19th at her home, surrounded by her family. Born in Belfast Maine, she is the daughter of the late Stanley and Olive (Morton) Pinkham.
Marlene grew up in Lincolnville, Maine. At the age of 14, she contracted Polio, but Marlene did not let this get in her way of succeeding. She attended the Nursing program at the Lynn Hospital in Lynn, Mass and became a license practical nurse. Marlene loved the Red Sox, plants and gardening, and was a huge Elvis Presley fan. She also enjoyed collecting and horses.
In addition to her husband Hal, with whom she shared 21 years of marriage, she is survived by two children: Laura Codair of Peabody and Don Belair of Concord, NH; two step children: David Rollins and his wife Noel of Londonderry, NH and Amy Quimpo and her husband Fred of Londonderry, NH; one sister: Morillah MacLean of Melrose; fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her brothers: Leonard and Norman MacLean.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 5 to 8 P.M. Burial will be in Central Cemetery, Beverly.
