Obituary for Norma E. Sullivan

Mrs. Norma E. (Finnegan) Sullivan, 87, of Beverly Farms, passed away on Monday at Beverly Hospital. Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Doris (Keegan) Finnegan. Norma graduated from Lynn Classical High School Class of 1943. During World War II she was employed by General Electric Company and later worked at Prides Crossing General Store, as well as Harris Awning Company of Gloucester. Norma liked Freddy Couples, going to West Beach with her friend Ruth Powers and her Club Girls.

Norma is survived by her sons David, James, William and Gary Sullivan and one daughter, Lori Sullivan; four grandchildren: Brianna, Jesse, Daniel and Austin Sullivan; a great-grandson Liam Sullivan and a nephew Michael Rodgers. In addition to her husband James, she was predeceased by her daughter Maureen Ann Sullivan and her sister Doris Rodgers.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Church, 672 Hale Street, Beverly Farms on Saturday, June 8th at 9:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours at the Campbell-Lee, Moody, Russell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, North Beverly, Friday from 4-7PM. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Beverly.
