Clinton-Joseph K. “Buddha” Labbe, 53, passed away peacefully at UMass Medical Center in Worcester on Sunday, May 6, 2018. He is survived by his children, Kenneth J. Labbe of FL; Jeremy M. Labbe of Lowell; and Marvin P. Labbe of Webster; his mother, Barbara (Snow) Labbe; and siblings, Barbara Flaherty & husband Edward; Marilyn Cummings; and Carlton P. “Buzz” Labbe, Jr., all of Clinton; Richard P. Labbe & wife Lori of NH; Kevin J. Labbe & Kristen of Hubbardston. He leaves his 6 adoring grandchildren, Bailey, Addison, Avery, Alivia, Weston, and Kenneth Labbe, Jr.; several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends, notably Paul Brothers of Clinton. He is pre-deceased by his long-time love Ellie Corcoran, and his father, Carlton P. “Buzz” Labbe, Sr.

A lifelong Clintonian, Joe attended local schools and worked as a forklift operator for the former Zayre’s Warehouse and later Nypro, Inc. He was a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots and enjoyed watching NASCAR with a nice cold Bud Light. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman who was happiest while in the company of his children, grandchildren, family and friends. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 5PM in the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton, with calling hours prior from 3-5PM.
