<p>Clinton-Karen E. (Gunn) Jones, 63, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 15, 2018 at the Life Care Center of Leominster following a brief illness. She is survived by her son Duane E. Jones &amp; wife Annie of Taipei, Taiwan; siblings, E. Arlene Fitzpatrick of Austin, TX; Linda Paakkonen of Casper, WY; John F. Gunn of Interlaken, NJ; Donald K. Gunn of McLean, VA; sister-in-law Mary Gunn of Rutland, VT; 2 grandchildren, Edith Jones and William F. Jones; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends. She is pre-deceased by her sister Sandra Connors, brother Dr. Alan R. Gunn, and nephew Kevin Connors. </p><p>Karen was born in Concord to the late M. John Gunn &amp; Edith (Estabrook) Gunn. She was raised in Maynard and was a graduate of the Maynard High School, Class of 1972. Karen worked for the Digital Equipment Company for 15 years before joining Victory Supermarkets, and ultimately retired as a Human Resources Manager for Hannafords Supermarket. Karen loved sports and was an avid fan of the Red Sox, Bruins, Patriots, and Celtics. She will be forever remembered for her sense of humor and dearly missed by her family and friends. Funeral services are to be held privately under the direction of the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton.
