<p>Clinton-Pauline (Shea) Godard, 84, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on Saturday, October 13, 2018. She is survived by her loving children; Deborah Whitcomb &amp; husband Mark ; and James Godard, of Lancaster; Sharon Godard of SC; Gordan “Butch” Godard; Paul Godard &amp; companion Karen Bahosh; and Andrea Sargent, all of Clinton; 3 grandchildren, Michael Godard of Sterling; Joshua Godard of ME; and Zachary Whitcomb of Westminster; 2 great-grandchildren, Jacob &amp; Lucas Godard, several nieces, and dear friends. She is pre-deceased by her son Robert Godard, sister Catherine Butler, and two grandsons.</p><p>Pauline was born in Worcester to the late Joseph &amp; Eileen (Bergevin) Shea. She was raised in Clinton and was a graduate of the Clinton High School, Class of 1951. She worked as a dental assistant in the office of Dr. Ivan Fraser before raising her family as a full-time homemaker. Years later she went to work for Nypro, Inc. and retired as the company benefits coordinator. Pauline was a long-time volunteer for the Red Cross and a former Clinton Girl Scout Troop Leader. She loved her cats and all animals and enjoyed time spent in her garden. Above all, she was happiest in the company of her children and grandchildren. Funeral services are to be held privately under the direction of the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton.
