Kulakowski, Thomas 65, Retired Everett Firefighter of Revere, passed away on May 15, 2017.

Cherished son of Shurley (Welch) Kulakowski and the late Thomas Kulakowski Sr.

Beloved husband of Kim Mancini. Loving father of Kristyn and Lauren. Dear brother of Kerry Kulakowski and his wife Anna of Lynnfield, Karen Rickershauser and her husband Joseph of Reading, and the late Colleen Kulakowski. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends will honor Thomas’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “ Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach Street REVERE on Thursday, May 18 from 4:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. and again Friday morning at 9:30A.M. before leaving in procession to the Immaculate Conception Church, Revere for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated in his honor at 10:30A.M.

Committal will be private.

Thomas was a Everett firefighter for 17 years and Revere for 6 years before he retired.
