Obituary for Jeannette A. Cloutier

Southbridge....Jeannette A. (Loiselle) Cloutier of Southbridge died on January 10, 2014. She passed away peacefully at Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care with her family by her side. She was 87 years old.

Jeannette was born on December 1, 1926 the youngest daughter of Joseph and Leona Loiselle. She was predeceased by her parents, sisters Rita Bousquet and Lorraine Boyle, and her brother Norman Loiselle. She leaves her husband E. William Cloutier, two sons William Cloutier and his wife Cheryl Osimo Cloutier of Barnstable and Richard Cloutier and his wife Karen of Woodstock CT. Nette also leaves six grandchildren Lisa Cloutier, Paul Osimo, Brian Cloutier, Cara Osimo, Dylan Girardi and Jacob Cloutier, along with several beloved nieces and nephews.

Jeannette led a full and happy life always willing to lend a hand. She was a devoted to her family and dedicated much of her life in caring for others. After graduating from the former Mary E. Wells High School, Class of 1945, she worked at American Optical for several years retiring in the 70’s . She married her childhood sweetheart Bill Cloutier in 1947 whom she now leaves after 66 years. Nette loved Christmas shopping for her grandchildren, braiding rugs, traveling, and being with family and friends.

The funeral will be Monday, January 13, 2014, from Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy St. Southbridge with Mass at 10AM at Notre Dame Church 446 Main St Southbridge. Burial will be in New Notre Dame Cemetery N. Woodstock Road Southbridge. Calling hours will be Sunday, January 12, from 4 to 6 PM at the funeral home
