Springfield - Alicia Peña, 88, passed away Thursday, November 5th, 2020. Alicia was born in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico, on April 4, 1932, to her parents Anastacio Peña and Carmen Peña. Alicia was predeceased by her parents. Alicia was very much loved and she will be missed. Alicia leaves to cherish her memories,Two Sons: Hector Otero and Luis Otero, Three Daughters: Rosa Maceo-Otero, Luisa Rivera and Carmen D. Otero, a Sister: Victoria , and a host of family and friends.
