Springfield - Carmen Maria Rios, 56, passed away Saturday, October 10th, 2020 . Carmen was born in Manati, Puerto Rico on November 8th, 1963, to her parents Luis Rios and Elba Iris Ortiz. Carmen was predeceased by her father. Carmen was very much loved and she will be missed. Carmen leaves to cherish her memories, her Mother, Two Daughters: Elizabeth Rios and Xiomara Rosario, Three Brothers: Luis Angel Rios, Rolando Rios and Felipe Rios, a Sister: Ada Rios, Four Grandchildren: Ruben Rosario, Alexander Rosario, Julissa Montañez and Sophia Montañez, and a host of family and friends.
