Feeding Hills - Isabel Guzman-Cruz, 80, departed this life on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020. Isabel was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico, on July 2nd, 1940, to her parents Jose Guzman-Oquendo and Flora Guzman-Cruz Ayala. Isabel was a College Graduate, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She achieved Capellania in February 4, 2016, from Capellania Avanzada Renovados en Cristo Internacional Misionera, Inc. Isabel finished three years of Theology School, and for the past 5 years has been a Personal Care giver to many of the church elders. Her last patient was Adalberto Martinez. Isabel was predeceased by her parents and her Husband: Juan Caballero, and brother Manuel (Manolito) Guzman. Isabel was loved by her family and church and she leaves to cherish her memories, her Daughter: Minerva Caballero-McCarthy and her husband Peter E. McCarthy, her Son: Juan Caballero, Jr. and his wife Marilyn Rivera, a Sister: Doña Juana (Jenny) Lopez, Two Brothers: Don Modesto Guzman-Cruz and Don Secundino Guzman-Cruz, Five Grandchildren: Moria L. Reardon, Brendan Reardon, Natalie Vasquez, Sheila Marie Vasquez and Kathryn Vasquez, Three Great Grandchildren: Amanda Sofia Medina, Gia Antonella Rodriguez and Evan Antonio Rodriguez, and a host of family and friends. Calling hours will be on Monday, November 9, 2020, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, MA.
