José was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, on May 7th, 1942, to his parents José García Pizarro and Natividad Meléndez. José was predeceased by his parents, his Wife: Hilda García, a Daughter: Ada García, a Brother: Ramon García and a Sister: Cruz Maria García . José was loved by his family, he leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter: Mildred Colón, Two Sons: José and Carlos García, a Brother: Dolores García, Seven Grandchildren: José García, Jr., Andrés García, Coralis García, Caleb Colón, Glenda L. Colón, Bianca Rojas and Tristan Rojas, Three Great Grandchildren: Yaletza Medina, Thiago Medina and Kenaz Colón, and a host of family and friends.
