Luis Angel Claudio (Chambo), a Roofer/Construction worker and life-long resident of Springfield, MA, died unexpectedly on December 17, 2015 at the age of 34 in the comfort of his home in Springfield Ma.

Luis is survived by his Mother Carmen Pagan and Step-Father Carlos Rivera; His Father Julio Claudio; his wife, Erin Reilly; his children, Jaylz Claudio, Luis Fabian Claudio, Samuel Claudio and his step-daughter Elizabeth Diaz; his Grandson Elijah Scott; His sisters Yesica Claudio, Yahaira Torres, Jasmine Quinones, Kayla Oyola; his step-sister Jessica Quinones; his grandmother Ramona Diaz; He is predeceased by his grandfather Israel Pagan Sr. who passed away November 23rd, 2011; He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Luis was born in Springfield on June 9, 1981 to Carmen Pagan and Julio Claudio. On October 18, 1998; June 18, 2002; and November 17, 2007 respectively, he welcomed his beautiful children, who along with his step-daughter were the most important part of his life.

Luis was a devoted father, husband, son, brother and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, the beach, amusement parks and any family outings that involved his children. He had a good heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

The calling hours will be held at Puerta Del Cielo Funeral Home 730 State St. Springfield, MA on Tuesday December 29th from 6pm-8pm and Wednesday December 30th from 9am-10am with funeral services to following at Oak Grove Cemetery.
